Wellness Rocks 

Wellness Rocks, sponsored by the Red Cedar Medical Center through generous support from the Menomonie Area Community Health Foundation and other community supporters, works to motivate families to live a more healthy and active lives.

Activies such as Bowling, Snow Shoeing, Family Cooking, Hiking and much more, provide an opportunity for families to interact in healthy activities while learning important nutrional skills.
